The hotel does not respond to my messages. What should I do?

It is only possible to communicate with an hotel when you have an account. In case you have an outstanding quote and the hotel is not responding feel free to connect with us. You can use the contact page or contact us anytime via our Chat Support Agent. 

How do I know which destination / accommodation is the best choice for my group?

We understand that finding the perfect destination or hotel for your group can be challenging. Of course, all accommodations offered on SportChain are approved by us for the stay of sports teams. In the search function you can make use of filters to adjust your wishes which help to show you the best fitting results. Although, we are always available for questions via our LiveChat on SportChain.com. In addition, it is possible to communicate directly with the hotel via the message stream in your account immediately after the request has been made.

What are the payment terms of my booking?

After booking has been finalized and contract has been signed you will receive an invoice from the hotel. Each hotel has its own payment terms. Most hotels however will ask for a deposit within a short time after the contract has been signed. The deposit is very important to the hotel. In general a deposit needs to be made within 10 days of signing the contractual agreement. 

How can I check availability?

To check availability you need to push the CHECK AVAILABILITY button. Subsequently the hotel will check if there is enough availability within the requested traveldates. In case there is availability usually you will receive a confirmation within 24 hrs. IMPORTANT NOTE: Nothing has been booked yet but its now possible to book

How can I request prices from a hotel?

Not all hotels have published their prices. You can request prices easily from those hotels that did not publish their prices. First go to the hotelpage of your choice, enter the required data such as check in and check out and the amount of persons. Subsequently you can send a request directly to the hotel. To do this you must have an account and you need to be logged in as well. You can easily create a personal account here. The hotel will respond to your request with a quote as soon as possible.
